trips out?

hi,
in my experience it sounds more like motor problems but yes i would firstly change the brushes its cheaper roughly £10 a set and if it still trips out you know it needs a motor and you can keep the brushes as a spare set --all good......ive never found a pump to blame for a machine trippin out...hope this helps ..lee.

Does it trip out as soon as it reaches the spin cycle... if so, suspect the drain pump to be faulty.
Pull live & neutral wires from the pump, then put machine to spin cycle, if it doesn't trip, fit a new pump.
