my school blocks public proxies. so that jonks website doesnt even work. what else?

It is likely your school has some sort of filter or firewall. Proxies are a good suggestion, but some web filters will still recognize hotmail despite it. Also, in order to have another ISP route your Hotmail account into their mail server, you need to pay Microsoft (greedy b*st*rds).

Your school probably has hotmail accounts blocked with a firewall. You might be able to set up an email account with another ISP, to automatically fetch your hotmail into that account, you need to find an ISP that isn't on your schools firewall list.
