How can I fix my Hoover Performa Family vented dryer model No. PRV170-80?

The belt idler pully is noisy and needs lubricating or replacing?

Hoover Hoover PRV170-80 Household Appliances, Tumble Dryers Model Belt Idler

i had this problem, my repairman replaced them today and he had to remove the front and back of the dryer and the drum to get at the wheels u gotta replace, theres 2 sets of Wheels that probably need replacing.
