pressure keeps rising over 3 bar sometimes upto 4.

Drop the boiler water pressure to zero .using a foot pump increase pressue in pressure vessel to 0.9 bar .reduce boiler water pressue to zero if it increases.when pressure in pressure vessel is 0.9bar and boiler water pressure is zero,increase boiler water pressure to 1.2 bar .bleed the radiaters.
