pressure relief valve?

i have a chaffoteaux britony combi se80 boiler. i have water running out of the overflow pipe pressure drops and red light comes on ( shutdown ) ive been told its the pressure relief valve can you reset it or do you have to replace it

Does it come out (after re-pressuring) all the time or when the heating has been on a short while if its the latter it's the expansion vessel that needs recharging or replacing
