My DCO4 De Stijl brush bar is not moving the belt is ok what is wrong?

Hi Linda.

Ok on the front left hand side of your machine is a large knob next to this knob is written one or all of these. park, p, drive, on, off,
Make sure when you pull handle back to vacuum the floor the pointer on the knob moves to drive or on if it stuck in the p or off position rotate it by hand with handle pulled back.
If still no drive from brush then the motor to clutch belt has snapped this is not a particularly easy job to repair without instruction book or manual.
