Vacuum runs and has suction at the opening but once I attached the bottom section that has the roller/brush it work for 5 seconds only. Then I hit the reset button and it works again for only 5 seconds; again over and over.
Barbara, I don't know if you fixed it already, but I used to sell vacuums and if you haven't already checked the Filter, Belt and change bag, any one of those could be your problem. Hope this helps.
