my tv wont turn on?

It's in shuttdown molded probly a couple of capassitor or transistor.

Unfortunately this could be a whole host of problems, likely related to the power supply within the TV. Essentially the TV goes into "shutdown" mode when it detects missing or erroneous voltages, usually on the low voltage side.

There is no easy fix to this - a technician will be required to service it. Projection TV's are a bit of a beast to fix - make sure you research the local repair shops in your area to find someone that is qualified on your particular unit.
