Mend Veritas 8C 8c Lights

Veritas 8C - The Lights are on?

Alarm is a Veritas 8C.
The electric supply went off today and ever since all the lights remain on and no keypad tones are working. I tried cutting the power supply and the lights still stay on. Can anyone help me please.

Try disconect all mains power, remove alarm cover, disconect battery for about 10 sec, reconect battery replace cover and connect mains.
