why does my tv picturesometimes go a yellowy colour?

my philips 32pw6515 sometimes gives me a yellow picture and when i 1st turn it on it sometimes gets horizontal lines for 30 seconds. can this be repaired the tv is about 4 years old

Bad tubes are common in this model. :-(

Before condeming it try resoldering the joints (if you can solder well) on the little board on the back of the tube.
