Mend Whirlpool AWZ 541 Condenser Tumble

how can i fix my condenser dryer ?

my whirlpool condenser dryer ( inspirations awz 541 ) spins but my clothes stay wet .no water is emptying out into the water container .ive put my machine on the setting to empty out the water and tried again but the water wont empty out and after a full cycle my clothes remain wet.
