Ravenheat boiler. Hot water not working and red light flashing?

Have a primary condensing boiler. Red light on front is flashing and the fan and pump are running. Hot water does not work and would welcome ideas to rectify.

what model ravenheat boiler is it?

does CH work?

if fan & pump work
can you hear it sparking?

need more information to properly diagnose problem

on most ravenheat boilers
the problems tend to be:-

CH & DHW thermistors
air pressure switch
ignition control board
ignition lead attached to condensate trap

i would need to eliminate these first to find out cause of problem
