Need age and parts for homelite?

I have a homelite textron UT 10618a serial number 7F1601385. I was hoping someone could help figure out what year it was made. I also need the replacement bar and chain size as well as the spark plug. I'm restoring dad's old chainsaw. He said it was the first one he ever bought new. It's been in the attic for awhile but it's time make her sing again. Thank you!!! Nathan
