I have the same problem. I went to the Renault garage today and the conclusion they provided was that it is a self-harming exercise. You can get the lamp out by pushnig sidewards on it. If you do that it pops out of its housing. However, it's then very fiddly to put the replacement bulb into its housing. Even once the replacement bulb is in you then have to fit it back into the overall housing which you cannot do without taking the whole of the lighting unit ut. To do that you need to unscrew a few bolts, take off the grill, etc. I cannot explain everything that needs to be done as I will only embark on the activity tonight. It's a real pain in the butt. The designers should be shot. If you get an answer would much appreciate it if you could e-mail it to james_fechtner@hotmail.com
