Broken avon quiver?

Hello all.

I have broken the top 100mm from my john Wilson avon quiver tip.
I have had this rod for about 20 years and don't want to replace it.
My question is; can i remove the top quiver section and replace it, where can i get a new top quiver, or a replacement top section complete.
