I have a Brandt frost free fridge freezer which is only about 3 years old. About 18 months ago it stopped working and had to spend about £80 replacing a thermostat. Yesterday I noticed that the inside surfaces of the fridge and freezer were warm so it could be the same problem. Do you think there is anything I can do ? This is the first time I have ever had a problem with any fridge.
I had a similar problem on our brandt f/f. The freezer stopped performing. I was told it was to do with the positioning of the frost detector being incorrectly designed cost £40 to fix - working so far.
