Mend Iveco 75e15 Gear Select Reverse

Gear selection issue after tipping cab forward, iveco 75e15?

Hello. I have a iveco 75e15 and cannot select reverse easily. Previously the cab had be tilted with the gearstick in 1st . how do I go about repairing this?, no obvious damage / bend on the gear linkage visible. Thanks
