Mend Worcester 18/25 Air Fuel Tank

Air lock Worcester 18/25?

Worcester oil boiler 18/25 fuel was stolen from tank. Now have fuel but boiler won’t stay on, only for a few seconds. Thinking it might be an air lock….. any idea how to free this please?
