how to fix a Thread take up lever Brother sewing machine XL-2120?

Hello , one of my kids started my machine and I found out that the bobbin and thread up lever had got a problem. For the bobbin it couldn't easily get out and a brush like structure had moved up close to it.then the thread take up lever couldn't move out when u roll the balance wheel .it also makes some sound when started .please help.
