Dimplex flame effect 2KW Elect Heater Model BFD20N?

I have a Dimplex Flame effect electric 2KW heater that when switched on it operates for about 2 seconds - The fan runs and the heater elements operate along with the display flame effect bulbs 10w SES x 2 Then it just switches off ( the relay on the circuit board clicks it all off to isolate however a red LED light goes on on the circuit board and when that goes out I am able to try again and the same thing just happen all over again . please help - can I just by-pass the whole circuit board as what does it do anyway?
