Mend Key Turn Start

how can i get my alarm back on?

i turned my alarm off with a key at the siren when i turn it back on my fob doesnt work but the immobilizer is still on so i have got to leave it turned off at the siren to start my enjine there is no identifiying marks on the siren or fob so i dont know what make it is it is a golf v reg but not a factory fitted alarm

Have you asked the supplying dealer, usually in the service history, or is there any receipts? Sometimes the dealers fitted alarms & they would know what they'd have fitted at the time!
