Mend S 14.49 Washing Machine Error Code Repair

Door is still locked after cycle? S 14.49?

My clothes has been washed and the door is locked. The door is not broken. Can you please tell me why it is still locked? I have never had any problems with my machine ever. Thete is no error code either.

Please see the answer provided to your same question yesterday for advice. Further to this, I suspect that your electronic lock is jammed and may need replacing. If you are lucky you may be able to free the lock by banging your hand on the face of the machine right next to where the door handle is located. Do this as you pull the door lever and it may jog the locking mechanism free and allow the door to open.
