E5 samgung dishwasher?

E5 code. We removed debris and fixed drain hose. We replaced the Rubber check valve it was not damaged. It still has E5 trouble code. What more can we do? Model number DW8050F800Uws/aa. Purchased and only Work less than one year. We found large screw near the rubber chuck valve. Didn’t damage check valve. What else can we do?
