We closed the blind and then on thee control it said "Stop all products ". I tapped ok but nothing happened. What did I do wrong?

skywindows have a switch in the sash (inside) which is used to initially check in with the remote during installation. the switch is under a small cover. It may be that you somehow deleted the window(s) from the remote's memory and will have to redo the initial synch with the remote.
