bypass microswitch on Velux KEM-140B?

The microswitch that ensures the cover is on the window opener is erratic. Without taking it all apart, does anyone know where to solder a jumper wire to bypass the microswitch?

You can bypass that motor cover switch just by cutting that grey wire that goes into the circuit board.Leave enough wire so you can splice it into the white two strand Kem-140 motor wire.You should have a white and brown wire inside the White Kem-140 motor wire.That should work if Not I purchase two brand new Velux still in the box Kem-140 motors with a one year warranty at www.skylight-parts.com
