Mend Morco GB24 Heating Burner Fault

Morco Gb24 showing F2 fault?

When you switch heating on burner runs for 6 seconds then goes out for 15 seconds and shows F2. Then F2 goes out and burner comes back on for 6 seconds and the cycle keeps repeating. The rads eventually get hot but should F 2 be showing?
Suspect hot taps are not delivering satisfactorily.
