iveco 35s11, 2013 ingnition comes on with a key?

iveco 35s11, 2013. the ingnition comes on with no key in it and then the doors do not open with the fob.got to open with key. the van will not start with the key got to take battery- lead off then back on and it starts. but if you leave it for about 1 hr it will come back on and have to do the same again
