My iveco daily 35c11 won't start 03 plate?

It used to start fine till the cold weather came I've turned it over fouror five times and it sparks Judders very nearly start then Peter's out start first time with easy start in the air filter runs perfect drives great all day sometimes starts on third go but not always ive put cleaner to clea injectors ,changed oil and filter and air filter had winter service and brakes done any help please??
