Mend IVECO Eurocargo Tector Truck Diesel Engine

I've only rector won't rev over 2500?

I have a 4cyl eurocargo tector, it was running fine, I changed both fuel filters, now it runs, but won't rev past 2500 rpm, no warning lights on dash, any ideas?
