Remove Power steering/fan belt and Alternator belt. Remove fan for better view.Remove botom pulley, Lock large bolt head in position then remove four small bolts to release. You will see a small pin on the pully back plate. There is also a needle pin sticking out through the timing belt housing directly above it. Remove the upper right timing belt cover. this allows you access to the pump pulley. Upper right quadrant you should be able to insert a pin through the small hole on the pump pulley into a locking point. Move the belt with a socket on the bottom pulley untill the pin engages into the lock poin.Check that the the pin and needle on the crank pulley also line up. This will confirm your timing is set correctly. As for further adjustment at the pump I dont know if this is possible.
