How can I get service manual for BIC200 induction cooktop?

I need to source the service manual/circuit diagrams for the Breville BIC 200 induction cooktop. Does anyone know where I can get my hands on one, Breville would not help me.

I need to be able to bypass the control system so that when power is applied to the unit it turns on at full power automatically. I am a final year elec eng student who wants to make my own control unit for the cooktop by controlling it by just switching power on and off.
