Press OPTIONS - 3 then select volume from 0 - 3 by pressing the number keys (ringer will sound) 0 = quiet, 3 = loud.

Try www.bt.co.uk/userguides then search the A-Z box for your telephone then press ok at end of box and wait while it automatically down loads to adobe reader. if you haven't acrobat reader then you will see a reference above the boxes to downloading it first and it's free.
