Remove wiper arms and black nuts from wheel boxes,remove passenger side panel on dash,in there is the motor and linkage,it may help removing the driver side panel also to help locate the o/side wheel box,when everything is undone it slides out the passenger side,a bit fiddly but take your time,good luck.
