Tesco Hudl2?

Folder list: Inbox,Draft, Sent, Junk, Deleted. Plus others created by me but can't create anymore

I cannot add further folders to save emails to.
Top of the list of folders is + New but that just starts new outgoing message page. Nothing shows how to create a new folder. I want to create a folder named 'ART' why can't I?

doesn't work like that no folder no gear icon even though its hotmail
I have created 23 folders and it may have reached maximum amount on my Hudl2 and to find this out with Tesco help is like using a chocolate tea pot expecting to be able to pour out tea.
That link is not good for my Hudl2 no settings gear icon no word 'Folders'. only X which starts a new email page.
So thanks again and I will try deleting the folders not used keeping one and renaming to the one wanted. But if it is volume of folders reducing them may return the 'Folder' and the gear Icon. Who know's I'll post the results as a 'new post'.
