Mend Qualcast 35S Classic Petrol

Qualcast classic 35s petrol mower?

Went to start the mower yesterday , it fired up then started to run at high revs with no control over it , after about 5-10 seconds of running oil started pouring out of the breather cover , any help would be appreciated
