how can i fix my sam4s er420m?

it displays power pail err and makes a long beep sound

This normally just means someone turned the power off and you press clear button to return to register mode. If you can't clear it, the machine has probably not had it's battery replaced on time and the programming was lost during the power cut. have it checked
