Mend Optimal 2 Plus Alarm Beeping Sensors

How can I fix my optimal 2 plus alarm ?

My alarm is beeping and the tamper light is lit with a letter c on it and not sure how to fix it if I put the number in it doesn't do nothing but the red sensors on the walls still work

C indicates a tamper on the control box or keypad. fix either of these and press reset button
