Mend Dynamix KP281 Stopped Control Pcb

Dynamix KP281 ?

Hi I have a Dynamix KP281 motorised treadmill which has stopped working. I have removed the "Control Down" PCB item listed in the parts digram manual as E11 which is showing signs of heat or short circuit damage. I have contacted the store who supplied the item who won't supply me with the address or contact tel No of the manufacturer so I may be able to purchase a new PCB. Can you help please. many thanks.
