Hi my minivator won't move. There's no click from the leaver on the arm?

Hi please can you help. My minivator stair lift as had replacement batteries put in . It is now charging but if you move the leaver it comes up with fault 0 which is short or gone over Limitor. The stair lift as been wound up a little and down. But with no results. The station is in the middle of the track. Because of opening doors excetra. It's an outside stair lift I live in Spain.
Can anybody help please . It is not chain driven but I have no idear what the model is.
