Why is my Dimplex Cheriton suddenly making loud noise with flame effect?

How to reduce noise when the flame effect on only is on. It is making a grinding noise.

there are 2 grommets on the rosteriee there rubber lads so the steel is hiting steel that's the grinding noise

There is a small motor called a rotisserie motor that needs replacing they cannot be repaired as they are sealed
