Mend Howdens HJA 3650 Electric Cooker Oven Fine

How can I fix my under mount electric howdens HJA 3650 cooker?

As far as the make think its a howdens own make HJA 3650 the oven heats up fine on boost but when you turn the knob to the bottom oven or even on to the bottom an top oven it stops heating up think the bottom element has blown but am unsure

Howdens Howdens HJA 3650 Kitchen Appliances, Electric Cookers Electric Cooker Oven Fine

Howdens do not make it, some manufactures rebadge, they use hoover for washers. But, you need a test meter to find out problem, might be bottom heater, but, I would tend to go for control switch 1st. Again, you need a meter to find out, just check every thing. With it disconnected.
