Changing a Lamona 3502 oven heater coil?

I need to change the heating coil in my Lamona 3501 built in, side door oven. I unscrewed the four screws that secure the back plate, then one screw that secured the heating coil. But the two securing screws that hold the heater flange in position seem to be screwed in from the rear. Do I need to pull out the whole oven, and if so how?

Here's a typical element (Coil?)

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HOWDEN-LAMONA-FAN-OVEN-COOKER-ELEMENT-HJA3400-HJA4620-LAM3400-1800W-80700-/121927380074

Isolate the cooker supply first.

There will be 2 screws holding down the rectangular plate at the back and one more screw holding down the centre support. All screws should be accessible from the front.

The element should pull forward (CAREFULLY), drawing the 2 or 3 cables behind it.

Pull off the cable "faston" connectors (CAREFULLY - these need to be tight).

Reassembly is the reverse, but make sure you don't trap any cables under the rectangular plate when you put the element back into position.

You should be able to find typical videos on YouTube, with a bit of a search
