how can i fix my JLTDH15 tumble drier?

everything seems to be working correctly but condenser, full tank and filter lights show after a short while.there is no sign of water in the tank. It seems that the problem is the fan behind the the ventilation grill at the bottom right of the machine does not work.how can this be fixed?

The machine has been housed in a laundry room at normal temperatures and has only been used about ten times. all filters have been checked and are clean
