Mend Hotpoint CTD40P Tumble Dryer Condenser Repair

How can I repair my Hotpoint CTD40P Condenser Tumble Dryer?

My tumble dryer has developed a fault, it starts off fine but during the drying process the on/off light flashes along with 2 other lights. The clothes are not drying.

The most common problem with most dryers when they stop drying (heating) is failure of the Thermostats or the Heating Element.
