Mend Omega 90cm Cooker Hood Working

Omega 90cm cooker hood, lights not working, fan working ?

Switched on lights, was a loud band and tripped switch. Pushed back up trip switch, lights blown, so replaced bulbs, still not working,. The fan still working all 3 speeds, just no lights. How can I fix this?
