Mend Hotpoint HE63 Work Change Bulb

Hotpoint HE63 Cooker Hood?

I recently changed the bulbs in our cooker hood and since then the lights do not work, normally I just change the bulb and everything is fine, but not this time. The extraction fan still works though, just the lights not working, any ideas?
