franke ascona dripping tap?

hi, i have tried to change cold water valve, but I only get as far as getting the handle off. the shroud over the valve is part of the whole tap/spout. how do I remove this valve please ? cheers

Looks like you remove the grubscrew (6) then pull off the handle cover.
