red spanner on 9930?

Hi I have a red spanner permanently showing on my 9930. I am unable to set my alarm. The alarm will give of a warning set of bleeps until I enter the code (not a full alarm). This will repeat itself every few hours.Is there a way to reset my alarm with an expensive call out.
