Mend Scantronic 9427 Alarm Security Engineer

who to contact for repaire of my home alarm system?

we moved to this new house but the ex-0wner refused to give us any informations about the home alarm system(scantronic 9427) now by accident i pushed some botons and the alam went on didn't know how to put it off my husband pulled one wire off we are looking for an engineer to visit us and repaire it. thanks

Unfortunately without the primary user code ,or a magic key the system is rendered useless.

You could try and find someone else to take over your system but you may find yourself ripping it out ,and fitting your own.
