hudl 2?

we are on a campsite that gives free net access, my wife's connected to i wih her hudl2 but my one won connect
in settings wi fi the stie address shows and below it is Saved click that is says searching ip address but rerturns to Saved mine just wont connect.
both use hotmail addresses
